Our Return Policy is Simple!

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any of the following items for a full refund:

• Any unwrapped antenna ball

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from CoolBalls.com. Please have your order number handy!

Returns are easy!

Simply call us or send an email and indicate the reason for your return. We will give you a RMA number for your return. Please include your packing slip when you return your items.

If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:
